St Josephs National School, Ballymun, Dublin
New 350KW Biomass installation as part of Dept of Education Biomass Pilot Programme. Works include re-cladding of all external facades to achieve a thermal performance 20% in excess of current building regulation standards, replacement of building mechanical & electrical systems to comply with TGD guidelines. Project successful in achieving grant aid from SEI and is an example of a highly sustainable means in extending existing building stock.

New biomass installation consisting of 80KW biomass boiler c/w new heating system. Works included conversion of former fuel store to pellet storage. Completed full feasibility study and SEI grant application in 2008.
