CBEC was involved in the complete refurbishment on the Ashbourne Community Centre.
The existing building was over-clad, and complemented with a new extension.
Along with improving the mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems in the centre, the scope included the replacement of the existing roof, the installation of a new timber floor in the sports hall, while retaining some of the buildings features such as the giant concrete beams in the gymnasium, as pictured below.
